Booking rules

I. Online Booking Process

Reservations are made using the reservation system as follows:

  • The Customer is given the opportunity to choose the standard accommodation offered in the booking table.
  • The Customer can choose the dates for the selected room after having been informed of the room types and prices.
  • Once the Customer has selected the offer, it is proceeded to the next step — the form, where the Customer indicates their personal data and comments regarding the reservation.
  • After filling in the details, the Customer can make the advance payment through the system.

    NOTE: All documents issued by JSC Dia solis to the guest (e.g. invoices, spa programmes/procedures) and the confidentiality and non-disclosure of the data they contain to third parties are the responsibility of the guest.
II Payment and cancellation of the reservation
  • Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of prepayment by card or bank transfer within 2 working days of the booking date. If the reservation is accepted later than 2 days before arrival, the advance payment will be made on the same day, or a credit card number will be left.
  • Guaranteed reservations can be rescheduled at the Customers request to another date at their convenience, up to 5 working days (10 working days in high season) before the arrival date. Non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled.
  • It is allowed to cancel or transfer the reservation without a cancellation fee up to 3 working days (10 working days in high season) before the arrival date. If the guest fails to arrive without cancelling the reservation or cancels less than 3 working days (less than 10 working days in high season) before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the one-night programme. This amount will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Payment and cancellation conditions for travel agencies/companies are stipulated in the contracts and in the advance invoices.
  • The reservation can be guaranteed by a gift voucher held until the expiry date.
  • If the services using the gift voucher have been booked and are not cancelled by the guest or rescheduled at least 3 working days (10 working days in high season) before the date of arrival, they will be considered used. No refunds will be made after the expiry date. No exchange of a valid voucher for cash and no refund.
III Rules for the gift vouchers purchase
  • The gift voucher must be kept as a security.
  • The Coupon Code may not be disclosed to any third party. Please be aware that unscrupulous persons may take advantage of the services meant to be provided for the Customer if they become aware of the Coupon Code, so please ensure that it is not disclosed.
  • In the event of loss or disclosure of the Coupon Code to third parties, the services under this Coupon will not be provided to you.
  • The Gift Voucher confirms the holder's entitlement to use the amount or service specified therein.
  • If the desired purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference can be paid in cash or by credit card.
  • If the holder of a gift voucher purchases services for less than the amount stated on the voucher, the remaining amount will not be refunded to the holder.
  • Gift vouchers can only be used for services at Monist Hotel.
  • According to the interpretation of the STI, a VAT invoice is not required for the purchase of a gift voucher, as the cost of the gift vouchers given to persons with whom the company seeks to establish new business relations or to improve existing ones at a representative event may be charged as a representation expense. These costs are only deductible if legally binding documents support them:o documents evidencing the payment of money (cash receipts issued by the company distributing the gift vouchers, cash register receipts or bank transfers);o free-form representation event certificates drawn up by the head of the company or their delegate and the chief financial officer or their delegate.
  • The gift voucher is valid 6 (six) months from the issue date.
  • The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift voucher is non-renewable.
IV Final provisions
  • The Customer must provide the correct details on the booking form. The Hotel shall not be liable for incorrectly selected arrival or departure dates nor for incorrectly entered other data by the Customer.
  • The Hotel or the online booking company shall not be liable for the unavailability of the system through no fault of their own or for any other malfunction beyond their control.
V Confirmation of the Terms and Conditions

By checking "I have read the Regulations", the Customer declares that they have understood and accept the terms and conditions contained in the Regulations. Failure to accept the Terms and Conditions will result in the reservation not working.
