Internal Rules of Procedure

  • JSC Dia Solis is a personal data controller, and the personal data provided by you may be used for internal marketing purposes, subject to your written consent. You have the right to access the company's personal data management policy and rules.
  • Hotel reception opening hours are 8 AM-11 PM.
  • Check-in for individual guests is available from 3 PM, and the check-out by 12 AM (group check-out until 11 AM)
  • Please provide your ID and credit card numbers upon check-in.
  • Parents or accompanying adults are fully responsible for the health, safety, and behaviour of children under 16 years of age and persons with disabilities staying at the hotel and for the compliance of these rules throughout the entire Monist territory.
  • Children under 16 years of age and disabled persons are only allowed in the swimming pool area when accompanied by a supervising adult who is responsible for their safety and life.
  • Please return the key card to the hotel reception upon departure. If the key is lost, we will add a key-making fee of 3 € to your account.
  • If you have used the minibar, please list your purchased drinks and snacks at check-out.
  • Monist premise is a non-smoking area (including rooms and balconies). Please note that additional cleaning of the room with special cleaning products will be charged at a fee of 100 € in case of smoking. In order to meet the needs of guests who smoke, there is a smoking area further away from the hotel.
  • For your own safety, we ask that only registered guests stay in the rooms.
  • Please note that guests are charged for all persons actually staying in the room.
  • If a guest does not vacate the room by 2 PM and cannot be contacted, or if the guest intentionally fails to pay for the services provided and does not vacate the room at the request of the administration, the administration reserves the right to move the belongings in the room to the hotel's storage area.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
  • The restaurant's dress code is smart casual attire. Guests are not allowed in the restaurant in dressing gowns.
  • The SPA is a relaxation and tranquillity area — we recommend to leave mobile phones in the room or the swimming pool area's locker.
  • You can cancel your reservation for a SPA treatment up to 4 hours before the start of the treatment. If you do not arrive in time for your treatment and do not give prior notice, no refund will be given.
  • No refunds will be given for unused services.
  • We are grateful for guests protecting the hotel equipment. Damage (broken furniture, torn bed linen, stained or otherwise damaged carpets or cases when the room needs extra cleaning with special products, etc.) is subject to material liability. The hotel management assesses the damage.
  • Rooms are cleaned between 9 AM-4 PM daily and in the client's absence.
  • Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are changed every 3 days. Towels are changed daily if left on the bathroom floor.
  • For a comfortable stay, please report any faulty appliances or equipment to reception, and they will be fixed immediately.
  • Hotel‘s quiet hours are 11 PM-6 AM. Please respect the rest of the other guests. If disturbed, please inform the 24-hour security guard by calling +370 669 80010.
  • For your safety, CCTV cameras are installed in the common areas of the hotel.
  • Individuals can pay with cash in euro currency or bank credit cards.
  • Make sure to use electrical appliances as intended. Please contact reception for instructions on using the appliances or if you notice a fault.
  • Staff have the right not to accommodate persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances and not to allow them to enter the SPA and swimming pool areas and the restaurant.
  • Please be cautious in the shower and bathroom areas and use mats whenever the floor is slippery.
