I can’t access the hotel / my room – what should I do? What are the reception desk working hours?

The Monist reception is open from 8:00 to 23:00.If you are unable to enter the hotel or your room after reception hours, please call the security number indicated on the entrance door or the reception number +370 669 80010. Between 23:00 and 8:00, this number will connect you with security, who will help resolve any issues.

Is late check-out available at Monist?

We always do our best to accommodate our guests’ needs, so we invite you to ask at reception on the morning of your departure about the possibility of a late check-out. Whether we can grant your request depends on the hotel’s occupancy.

What are the restaurant’s opening hours and breakfast times? Is it necessary to book a table in advance?

Slow breakfast at the Monist restaurant is served from 8:00 to 11:00. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 22:00 (the kitchen operates until 21:30) and serves an à la carte menu. We recommend booking a table in advance for lunch or dinner. By the way, did you know that every day from 14:00 to 16:00, the restaurant team treats hotel guests to freshly baked cake?

How can I book SPA services?

You can book SPA services in the way most convenient for you: by phone at +370 669 80800, via the Treatwell app, or at the reception.

What are the SPA opening hours? Do I need to bring my own towels?

The Monist SPA is open from 8:00 to 22:00, and guests with children are welcome between 10:00 and 20:00. We recommend going to the SPA area wearing bathrobes.Feel free to leave your towels in the room — towels are provided in the SPA area.
